The application to support foreigners in Vietnam was conceived by the Hanoi Center for International Exchange, and co-developed with a technology partner, Smile Tech Digital Technology Joint Stock Company, in order to provide Information support platform for foreigners residing in Vietnam. This software helps to increase foreigners access to information and contributes to promoting the potential of international trade and tourism in Vietnam.
